The sunset’s soundtrack
There are sunsets with a soundtrack. They began more than 30 years ago in the Bay of Caló des Moro on the western coast of Ibiza, very near to San Antonio. Here the Café del Mar, a modernist bar on top of a cliff, opened to hold a ritual to see out the day and welcome in the night.
