Night in the historical heart of Valencia
Valencia is much more than beach, paella, tigernut milk, fallas and monuments by Calatrava, the architect behind the City of Arts and Sciences. It is still has much more to offer. It has one of the richest and largest historical centres in the country, although many do not know its history. During the times when the district was rebuilt, it was not surprising to see works held up because under the foundations they had found remains with centuries of antiquity. The sunset’s soundtrack
There are sunsets with a soundtrack. They began more than 30 years ago in the Bay of Caló des Moro on the western coast of Ibiza, very near to San Antonio. Here the Café del Mar, a modernist bar on top of a cliff, opened to hold a ritual to see out the day and welcome in the night. Little by little word spread: a place created for a quiet drink, listening to the best chill out music and watching the sun go down.
